The trade fair was a success for the Automotive companies, and Genpar Otomotiv, authorized dealer of Iveco was among those signed sales contracts. İlami Ayaz, Chairman of Genpar Otomotiv was pleased to sell out a breakdown lorry and a Daily van of 15 m3 and he said, “our customers do not leave us alone here in the fair.”
7 Iveco M–23,9 to Akdağ Gıda from Genpar Otomotiv
Genpar Otomotiv, dealer of Otoyol Iveco sold out 7 Iveco M–23,9 to Akdağ Gıda San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Vehicles were delivered to Akdağ Gıda in Bağcılar Facility of Genpar Otomotiv with ceremony. During the ceremony, keys were handed to Aydın Akdağ, owner of Akdağ Gıda, by Bahri Üçüncü, Sales Director of Genpar Otomotiv. Akdağ Gıda, which added 7 Iveco M–23,9 to its fleet, has 8 supermarkets, Ülker Golf and Ülker Cola Turka dealers and operations in the construction business as a group. Aydın Akdağ, in his speech stated that they had purchased 39 Iveco vehicles in the last 18 months, and there were no complaints on the vehicles in that time. He added that the main reason for them to choose Iveco is low operation costs of those vehicles and positive feedback from other Iveco customers. Akdağ said that they would use Iveco M–23,9 vans to transport the supermarket customers to their homes, and added that they have been working on a new project for a while, and if that project get implemented, they are thinking of purchasing 25, 65–9 or 80–12 vehicles.

Ayaz says that commercial vehicle sales in Turkey is not always easy and this sector is very sensitive to the economical developments of the country. It is impossible to be successful without complete customer satisfaction and without analysing their requirements. He continues, “the real relationship with the customer begins after the sales.
